Ingrid is an experienced company director with a love for streamlining processes for best results.
While her birthplace and heart are in Belgium, her second home for over 30 years is beautiful New Zealand. Ingrid is a multi linguist in English, Dutch, German and French with international sales & technical translations skills, so her friendly spontaneous, approachable personality comes with a cosmopolitan twist. European descent combined with a strong kiwi influence makes Ingrid easygoing and passionate.
Ingrid's modest and straight forward nature will guarantee you a great customer service experience within property management.
She will be answering questions around:
How they set the rent?
How they determine how much a rent increase should be?
How they pick the right tenants?
What do they do when the tenant gives notice?
How will they address the propossed law changes permitting tenants to have pets?
How do they handle the limit on the number of people who can live in a rental and also for the number of dogs / pets?
How would they handle a situation where they find more dogs or people living in a property than what was specified on the tenancy agreement?
Would they consider allowing tenants to put a caravan or portacom on a property to permit a relative or friend to live there?
And finally, what sets Property Scouts apart from the rest of the rental companies in Invercargill?
It will be an interesting and imformative night hearing Ingrid's take on what's happening out there in the local rental enviroment.
